What's on my mind?.... Random thoughts
1. Working out - it's not how heavy you can lift or how long your workout sessions are, it's how much effort you exert for the body that you want.
2. Friends - it's not about how often you see each other or how many you have, it's about enjoying each moment you have together and knowing you always have each others support.
3. Wealth - while it's nice to have a lot of money, wealth comes from within. When you start to appreciate all the good things in your life and all the good that will come, you realize that you already have more than enough.
